Living in kansas city has been an unexpected blessing. I came here to go to grad school many years ago and have just stayed. (sorta. . . I obviously have spent some time back and forth in Haiti also) This is a beautiful city, I love the coffee shops, farmers markets, mexican and bbq places, but even more so my friends and community.
Things could be changing dramatically for my roommate and I. She is buying a house. Yep, buying a house. It has been a tumultuous road as she has processed this decision and I am very proud of her as she attempts to follow in where the Lord is leading her.
